I was delighted by how easy it was to explore all the nearby attractions, with the Clinton Home being just under 6 km away and the Little Rock Zoo only about 6 km from the hotel, making for a delightful stroll in the area; I especially appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, and the breakfast choices were enjoyable, but I did notice that some aspects of the hotel, like the service at check-in, could use a little improvement.

The hotel has spacious rooms and a modern lobby that feels welcoming. Phylis and Michael at the front desk were incredibly helpful, making our check-in smooth and even allowing an early entry. a complex reservation issue left us feeling frustrated, as the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. The fire alarm's sudden blaring added to the chaos, and the dog smell in our room was off-putting. Minor complaints like the lack of a hair dryer and some maintenance issues didn’t overshadow the positive interactions. Still, some staff behavior needs improvement for a truly enjoyable experience.

Waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning was the perfect start to the day! The staff, especially Michael and Mr Don, were so welcoming and truly made me feel at home. I loved lounging by the sparkling pool and soaking up the sun!

A decent overnight stay. Clean, spacious room equipped with a fridge and microwave. The bed? Comfortably inviting. Southern hospitality was evident, with friendly staff most of the time. Breakfast offered a nice variety, and the outdoor pool was a refreshing treat. check-in was clumsy; staff demeanor could use improvement. Electric vehicle charging stations were a plus, but parking was unnecessarily complicated. A few minor cleanliness issues, like the sticky headboard, were disappointing. As for the exercise room, it was well-equipped. The experience was overall satisfactory. Minor tweaks in staff training and attention to detail would enhance future visits. Would consider returning, but with caution.

I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, a relaxing touch after a long day. noise from the hallway occasionally disrupted the peace. The decor, featuring pictures of the area, added a local charm. While the stay had highlights, like friendly staff, there were a few operational hiccups, such as the side door issues. the room provided a satisfactory experience for my visit.

The heating and air conditioning worked efficiently, allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. I particularly enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was convenient to have these amenities available for a quick pick-me-up in the mornings. The mini-bar, although not fully stocked, had a few options for drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. One area that could use improvement was the sitting area. While the room was comfortable overall, having a cozy chair or sofa would have added a nice touch for relaxation. The bathroom was clean and stocked with free toiletries, which was appreciated. The bathtub was a nice feature for those who prefer a soak after a long day of traveling. We also made use of the am/fm alarm clock and flat-screen TV in the room. The carpeted floor added a sense of coziness, although it could have benefited from a thorough vacuuming. Housekeeping did a decent job of keeping the room tidy, although there were a few missed spots here and there. we found it convenient to have shops and commercial services available within the hotel for any last-minute needs.

I chose Wingate By Wyndham Little Rock specifically for its proximity to the Big Dam Bridge, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive customer service agents who provided assistance with work qualification verification. Additionally, the à la carte and continental breakfast options were a delightful way to start the day.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! They even called in their off-duty supervisor, Miss Phyllis, to help resolve the situation. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. The amenities were great, with comfortable beds, a variety of breakfast options, and a convenient location near the hospital. a fantastic experience!
I encountered bedbugs during my stay, which made me uncomfortable and unable to sleep. I wish I had called the front desk immediately instead of waiting until morning.

clean room, good price. few restaurants nearby. beautiful inside, exceptionally courteous staff. convenient to medical appointments. good A/C. decent breakfast spread with protein options. water dispenser with lemons in the lobby. Whole Foods and Panera nearby for organic options.

the wingate was so clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly. it's in a great spot - not too crazy with traffic. they let us check in early and brought warm towels right away! the mattress and pillows are amazing.
